Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Allstate Identity Protection. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our subscribers, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our subscribers, handling both inbound and outbound calls, and providing guidance on our products and services. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving complex issues, working closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless support.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to subscriber inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels, ensuring that all subscriber interactions are handled with care and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring that all subscriber needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, ensuring that you can provide accurate and informed guidance to subscribers.
- Identify and report any potential issues or concerns, working closely with our internal teams to resolve them.
- Minimum one year of call center experience, preferably in a customer service or support role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications, including CRM systems.
