Job Summary

As a Leasing Manager at Waterton, you will be responsible for leading a team of leasing professionals in achieving occupancy goals for our residential apartment communities. You will also oversee the lease renewal program and ensure all lease paperwork and resident information is properly documented and protected.

Your Impact and Job Responsibilities
  • Meet occupancy goals by motivating and engaging the leasing team to exceed expectations.
  • Generate interest in our communities by effectively answering questions, conducting tours, and executing sales closing techniques.
  • Oversee the lease renewal program and ensure all lease paperwork and resident information is properly documented and protected.
  • Ensure leasing offices, models, vacant units, and common areas meet readiness standards.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of local market conditions and assist in developing marketing plans to increase visibility of our communities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.

What You'll Bring - Desired Skills and Experience
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in leasing and two years of experience in sales or marketing.
