As a Medical Professional/Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting quality exams for insurance purposes. This role requires strong medical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct medical exams for insurance purposes, including blood draws, medical histories, and vital signs.
- Use medical knowledge to gather accurate information from clients.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Follow all compliance policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, explaining exam procedures and results.
- Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience, with familiarity with taking vital signs.
- Familiarity with tablets/computers and scanners is essential.
- Preferred experience with pediatric and geriatric patients/home health.
- EKG experience is preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalency, with a phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certificate preferred.
