Job Summary

We are seeking skilled medical professionals to join our team as independent contractors. As a Medical Professional/Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting quality exams for insurance purposes. This role requires strong medical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct medical exams for insurance purposes, including blood draws, medical histories, and vital signs.
  • Use medical knowledge to gather accurate information from clients.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Follow all compliance policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, explaining exam procedures and results.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience, with familiarity with taking vital signs.
  • Familiarity with tablets/computers and scanners is essential.
  • Preferred experience with pediatric and geriatric patients/home health.
  • EKG experience is preferred, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalency, with a phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certificate preferred.
