Job Summary

APPS Paramedical Services is seeking skilled medical professionals to conduct insurance exams on a mobile basis. As an independent contractor, you will work with minimal supervision to complete quality exams, utilizing your medical expertise to gather client information. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct insurance exams in the home or office of clients, including blood draws, medical histories, and vital signs.
  • Utilize medical knowledge to gather client information and complete exams efficiently.
  • Work with minimal supervision to complete exams and meet productivity standards.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client information.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience and familiarity with taking vital signs.
  • Familiarity with tablets/computers and scanners is a must.
  • Preferred experience with pediatric and geriatric patients/home health.
  • EKG experience is preferred, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalency and phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certificate preferred.

Orientation and Training

APPS Paramedical Services provides a 6-hour orientation to verify your skills and show you the paperwork and website used by our independent contractors.
