As an Identity and Access Management Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our employees have the right access to our systems and services.

The Identity and Access Management Administrator is responsible for the technical design, implementation, and maintenance of our IAM platform. This includes developing processes in the platform, such as access entitlements, profiles, and roles, as well as provisioning and deprovisioning access changes to ensure accurate and relevant access control.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and collaboration skills, a self-starter with a high level of focus and drive, and a team player who enjoys partnering with colleagues but can also work independently. If you have 3-5 years of experience in managing an Identity Platform like Sailpoint, knowledge of processes and procedures implementing Identity and Access Management, and skills and experience with HRIS systems and how they may interact with IAM, we want to hear from you.

We offer a competitive salary range of $113,000 - $123,000, depending on location and additional factors.
