Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct thorough patient assessments, gather medical history, and provide basic care as needed.
  • Medical Office Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and handling phone calls.
  • Clinical Support: Assist healthcare providers with examinations, procedures, and patient care tasks.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with healthcare providers, nurses, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Compliance and Safety: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhere to HIPAA guidelines, and follow OSHA regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Technical Certificate in Medical Assisting or equivalent.
  • Certification: Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred.
  • Experience: 0-3 months of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate will be required to work in a clinical setting, interacting with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members.
