The **Account Executive** position is dedicated to driving sales and generating leads while establishing and nurturing strong relationships within our communities, particularly with providers, brokers, and employer groups regarding various health programs including Large/Small groups, IFP, On/Off Exchange, and Medicare initiatives within a designated area.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve 100% of monthly sales targets for 9 out of 12 months.
  2. Promote CCHP products and services effectively.
  3. Engage primarily in field marketing and sales activities outside the office.
  4. Take full responsibility for boosting membership enrollments and enhancing CCHP's market performance.
  5. Generate leads and drive sales through community events, provider engagement, and member education on product offerings.
  6. Conduct sales through telemarketing, in-home presentations, and sales seminars.
  7. Develop community-based marketing initiatives and provide continuous training and support.
  8. Educate contracted providers and their staff on product benefits, serving as a liaison for corporate information distribution, with a minimum of 5 PCP/PPG contacts weekly.
  9. Maintain marketing materials in provider offices, including posters and flyers.
  10. Identify potential enrollees and assess their eligibility for Medicare, Group, IFP, and On/Off Exchange products.
  11. Comprehend Medicare Advantage data management and compliance, applying all relevant policies and procedures.
  12. Market plans at enrollment centers, employee group sites, hospitals, senior facilities, community events, and other designated locations.
  13. Understand covered and non-covered benefits, exclusions, and exemptions.
  14. Participate in telemarketing and outreach efforts as required.
  15. Ensure member retention by addressing phone inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service, while minimizing abandoned calls.
  16. Process new group submissions and manage member additions/terminations, along with group renewals and business support.
  17. Accept and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales preferred; High School Diploma required.
  2. 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Community Relations, with a background in Managed Care, preferably in Medicare, Group, IFP, and On/Off Exchange.
  3. Enthusiastic, passionate, and results-driven sales professional.
  4. Self-starter with strong initiative and motivation.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Proficient public speaker capable of addressing both large and small audiences.
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  8. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  9. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  11. Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  12. Current State driver's license and State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License.
  13. Current AHIP Certificate or ability to obtain it.
  14. Bilingual in Chinese, Spanish, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or Korean preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Utilize proper body mechanics when handling equipment.
  • Engage in standing, walking, and moving for 50% of the workday.
Compliance Requirements

Adhere to CCHP Compliance Handbook, including the Code of Ethics and all applicable federal and state regulations. Responsibilities include following guidelines and reporting any suspected violations related to healthcare programs.

Compensation

Starting salary ranges from $60,000 to $78,062 annually. The final salary for the selected candidate will be determined based on various factors, including internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. This pay scale does not guarantee a specific wage.
