Providence is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments and units within the hospital, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Job SummaryThe RN - Float Pool 0.9 FTE Nights position is a full-time opportunity that requires the successful candidate to work three (3) 12-hour night shifts per week. This role involves providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
