We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments and units, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Job SummaryThis is a 0.9 FTE, night shift position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the flexibility to work in different departments and units, depending on the needs of the hospital.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to our hospital's standards and policies.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and hospital policies.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
