Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and enter patient information into our database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Schedule patient procedures in a way that optimizes their time and clinical resources.
  • Coordinate and communicate with patients, participants, and staff to resolve scheduling issues.
  • Assist with insurance pre-certification and authorization processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 10 years of work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • No prior experience necessary, but a strong desire to learn and grow with our team.
Work Environment

As a Patient Access Representative, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of dedicated professionals. You will be required to sit, stand, and walk frequently, with occasional lifting and bending. You will also be required to use your vision and hearing to communicate with patients and staff.
