Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales reports and identify trends.
  • Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and drive measurable results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A passion for the fashion industry and retail.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
