- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and enhances the shopping experience.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury environment.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales reports and identify trends.
- Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and drive measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for the fashion industry and retail.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
