Inventory and Merchandising
  • Collaborate with management to plan seasonal buying and store activities.
  • Manage inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proactively identify re-order opportunities for successful products.
  • Anticipate market trends and relay insights to management.
  • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and enhances the shopping experience.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales reports and identify trends.
  • Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and drive measurable results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A passion for the fashion industry and retail.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
