Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Services Engineer to join our team in the EMEA region, specifically in our Warsaw office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting our partners with the deployment and maintenance of our advanced visualization systems across Corporate, Control Room, and Healthcare sectors, ensuring our commitment to outstanding service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver both remote and on-site technical support to Barco's clients in the Corporate, Control Room, and Healthcare sectors across the EMEA region.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Barco hardware and software.
  • Participate in sales demonstrations to showcase Barco's innovative solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive product training to partners and end-users.
  • Conduct proactive analysis visits, documenting findings and recommendations.
  • Gather customer and partner feedback on our products to relay to product management and R&D teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of actions and solutions in a timely manner.
  • Engage in continuous training to enhance your technical, commercial, and interpersonal skills.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to identify service sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical customer service or sales role within the visualization industry.
  • Proficient understanding of hardware, software, and networking technologies.
  • Fluent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A strong service-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with Barco products and Salesforce is considered a plus.
