Customer Service Advocate I

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advocate I to join our team at Spectraforce Technologies Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Conduct research to resolve customer issues and ensure accurate documentation of inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Initiate or process adjustments as needed to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer problems, questions, and needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and make recommendations for improvements.
