Job Title: Customer Service Advocate II

Location: Remote opportunity with potential to work from home

Duration: 12 months assignment with potential for permanent placement

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advocate II to join our team at Spectraforce Technologies. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner, providing accurate and effective solutions to their issues.
  • Perform research and analysis to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns.
  • Process claims and non-medical appeals according to business and contract regulations.
  • Identify and report potential fraud and abuse situations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience preferred.
  • 1 year of claims processing or customer service experience required; 3 years of experience preferred.
