We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Palliative Care Manager (RN) to join our team at Silverado Hospice. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients and their families, while also mentoring and guiding our clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our interdisciplinary team
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients
• Collaborate with our medical director and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:
