Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

  • Assist with training and development of Front End associates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
  • Ability to perform the technical requirements of cashier and service center.
  • Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Working Conditions

The Customer Service Leader will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers and associates on a regular basis. The position requires standing for long periods, frequent walking, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
