At Tricera, we're looking for a seasoned Business Growth Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building new business pipeline and working full-cycle sales targeting small- and medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work assigned appointments and leads in targeted industries
  • Create target lists of potential clients
  • Execute the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
  • Learn and demo point of sale equipment to effectively communicate value to customers
  • You must reside in the Raleigh area, as BDRs target this region
  • Master our CRM to optimize sales performance
Requirements:
  • Sales Experience - We need someone with outbound sales experience, preferably in merchant services or payroll sales. Point of sale sales experience is a plus.
  • Communication Skills - Strong communication skills are essential for discovering opportunities and building rapport with customers
  • Problem-Solving - The ability to apply creative solutions and combine them to meet customer needs is vital in this role
  • Prospecting - Cold calling, drop-ins, and targeted social outreach are key activities for generating new business leads
  • Self-Starter - This role requires someone who is motivated to excel and take ownership of their sales performance
