About the Role

YesCare is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental health care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with mental health issues, including those with severe and complex needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and staff on mental health topics.
  • Document patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited college/university Nurse Practitioner program with current license/certification in the state in which working.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • PHMP certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
