Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Supervise and facilitate concessions operations at assigned outlets, identifying potential issues and resolving them through effective allocation of resources.
  • Training and Development: Identify training opportunities and make recommendations to improve employee performance and engagement.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Provide formal leadership to a large team, offering direction, support, development, coaching, and evaluation to ensure team members are properly coached on their job responsibilities.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial results for area(s) of responsibility, taking corrective action as necessary to control expenses and optimize revenue.
  • Customer Experience: Respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring proper resolution in line with guest experience standards.
  • Menu Management: Understand menu offerings, presentations, and brand standards for our business, demonstrating and coaching employees to uphold company and brand standards.
  • Market Analysis: Evaluate food and beverage mix, monitor guest satisfaction and trends, and adjust operating standards to support our business vision and mission.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related experience, with a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Education: Completion of high school or GED.
  • Skills: Effective communication, connection, and employee relations skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; familiarity with monitoring financial information; ability to safeguard confidential information.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a dynamic environment, with frequent standing, walking, and reaching. The position is subject to both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, with occasional exposure to weather.
