Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of the Industrial Engineering division, the Senior Industrial Engineer will spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

This role is essential in cultivating a streamlined manufacturing atmosphere and conducting thorough analyses of operational capacity.

Key responsibilities include:

Creating a visually organized workplace, (2) Structuring the work environment to optimize performance, and (3) Enhancing process integration and workflow. Candidates should demonstrate a strong sense of initiative and sound decision-making skills, capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Adaptability to evolving circumstances and the ability to work effectively in a team setting are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement industrial engineering methodologies to boost scheduling efficiency and productivity, reduce costs, and enhance first-pass quality through Lean and other engineering principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to identify, assess, and execute improvement initiatives.
- Conduct analyses of machine and labor capacity, devising strategies for enhancement.
- Determine optimal sequences of operations and establish methods to maximize the utilization of production resources and personnel.
- Innovate and apply new processes and standards that align with functional objectives.
- Identify and integrate new techniques and technological advancements into production workflows.
- Develop and propose facility and equipment layouts and investments to achieve product delivery and cost efficiency targets.
- Drive project engagement and ensure the realization of outcomes.

Qualifications:
- A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required, along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience. Alternatively, candidates with 12 years of relevant experience without a degree will also be considered.
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory for access to specific information related to this role.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies such as LEAN, ACE, Six Sigma, etc.
- Familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous.
- Experience in software/data science and analytics (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is preferred.
- Strong project management capabilities are desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive results.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information to various organizational levels.
