Industrial Engineer Internship Opportunity

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the RTX team as an Industrial Engineer Intern. As an intern, you will work closely with integrated product team members to gain insight into the entire process of a manufacturing repair facility.
The Industrial Engineering Aftermarket Intern shall collaborate with a multi-disciplined team to improve the manufacturing process, reduce cycle time and lead time, and implement manufacturing process control and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve the manufacturing process through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team
- Improve cycle time and lead time
- Implement manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
- Create and oversee improvement projects
- Participate in corrective action investigations

Requirements:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
- U.S. citizenship is required
