About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Design to join our team at Reema Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the design vision and strategy for our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from research to launch, to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our members and Care Teams.
  • Develop and execute a design strategy that aligns with our company's mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Program, to ensure design solutions meet business and user needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize design opportunities that drive business impact.
  • Develop and maintain a design pattern library to ensure consistency and quality across our products.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, Interaction Design, or Human-Computer Interaction.
  • Demonstrated history of leading design teams and driving design strategies that deliver business results.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design processes and strategies to cross-functional teams.
  • Proven impact applying design methodologies to produce successful outcomes from discovery through to implementation.
  • Experience designing and building end-to-end product experiences and offerings with a service component.
