Job Title: Human Resource Manager

This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage recruitment and staffing processes, including job postings and onboarding.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and mediate conflicts.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems.
  • Oversight of payroll, benefits administration, and compensation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor HR metrics and report findings to senior management.
Required Qualifications and Skills

We seek a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
Estimated Salary Range

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
