About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist Coordinator to support our Human Resources department.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Summary

The HR Generalist Coordinator will be responsible for providing overall support to the HR department, including human resources administration, benefit administration, employee relations, performance development, succession planning, compliance, recruitment, retention, and cross-training in payroll processing.

This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize events, as well as collaborate and cooperate with diverse team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all employees to support company policies and improve employee interest, ownership, and goodwill.
  • Support management in deploying human resources policies, programs, and initiatives, including employment, compensation, training, talent acquisition, and development.
  • Manage all aspects of recruitment and talent acquisition, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
  • Process new hire, termination, and retirement election forms and notifications.
  • Assist with investigations on employee-relations matters and develop sustainable human resources processes.
  • Partner with the management team and employees concerning benefits, policies, and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or a minimum of 7 years of related human resources experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to utilize technology to maximize efficiencies and service.
  • Ability to promote safer, better, faster, and leaner work practices.
  • Consistently demonstrate empathy and compassion.
