Position Summary:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead a diverse team of developers, testers, and business analysts to implement innovative digital transformation solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate outstanding communication skills to effectively engage with clients, vendors, and project team members.
  • Guide teams in an Agile project environment, ensuring organized efforts focused on successful solution delivery.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage tasks across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion.

  • Assist the Project Management Office (PMO) in developing accurate budgets and financial reporting.

  • Develop specific sprint tasks from the backlog that align with project timelines and business goals.
  • Mentor and support the technical team to meet project goals and maintain quality standards.
  • Oversee test planning and the creation of factory and site test documentation in compliance with GAMP and client specifications.
  • Promote the excellent work of the team to support sales and marketing initiatives.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in SQL database design and development (MS SQL or MySQL).
  • Experience in programming with Python and/or Java.
  • Familiarity with the .NET framework (VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET).
  • Expertise in web portal and dashboard development, including Javascript, CSS, and HTML5.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in integrating manufacturing operations with business systems.
  • Proven experience in implementing Plant Performance (OEE), Track and Trace, or Quality systems that interface with real-time control and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of SCADA design and configuration.
  • Experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk Platform, Aveva ArchestrA, Inductive Ignition, and/or Parsec TrakSYS.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols for PLCs (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus/TCP).
  • Hands-on experience with the startup, commissioning, and deployment of systems into production environments.

Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
