Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lab Technician II to join our team at Cardinal Health. As a key member of our nuclear medicine laboratory, you will be responsible for the production of radiopharmaceuticals in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain complex laboratory equipment, including cyclotrons and analytical instruments.
  • Conduct quality control tests and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor and interpret production methods during synthesis via computer and stack monitor.
  • Perform radiation safety tasks, including well checks and efficiencies, air monitoring, and waste management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and production expectations are met.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; education in sciences preferred.
  • Lab experience highly preferred; prior experience in manufacturing, preferably in a controlled environment and/or regulated industry desired.
  • Effective written and verbal English communication skills required.
  • Able to work overnight shift and be flexible with scheduling.
