About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician/Mechanic II to join our team at Penske Truck Leasing. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and other components
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical certification preferred
  • ASE Certification and 608/609 certifications a plus
