**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Lead to join our team at Pinnacle. As a Site Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Supervise and manage a team of 2-10 individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution
* Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
* Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless project delivery
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

**Requirements**

* 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
* 1+ year of experience in leading a team of 2-10 individuals
* Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**

* PMP certification
* Experience working in the field, particularly in large industrial or complex facilities
* Familiarity with Microsoft Project and other project management tools
