Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Site Lead. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our project teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver specific products to customers through adherence to internal standards on schedule, cost, risk, quality, and communication with the team and customer.
- Supervise, set goals, and objectives for the execution team (2-10 individual performers).
- Communicate project progress to the customer.
- Report and track quality and efficiency (performance) for the execution team.
- Ensure team members understand work expectations.
- Supervise 2-10 team members with an average of 6 team members.
- 5+ years' experience executing projects.
- 1+ year leading a team of 2-10 people or more.
- Experience working in the field (large industrial/complex facilities).
- Understanding of Project Management Fundamentals.
- Ability to work at a customer site in the field.
- Ability to hold others accountable.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
- Business acumen and communication.
- Capable of evaluating resource needs and allocating to personnel.
- Effective at communicating expectations, tasks, and procedures to team members, and project status updates, needs, and alerts to the customer.
- Performs quality checks on task work and records progress, productivity, and quality.
- Sense of urgency.
- Problem solver.
- PMP Certification.
- Experience in refineries or chemical plants.
- Experience in PowerBI.
- Experience in inspection, mechanical integrity, and/or reliability services.
This position has supervisory responsibilities of 2-10 team members in managing task execution work.
