  • Provide technical support to refinery departments to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective installations.
  • Supervise contract personnel for engineering, design, and installation of capital, expense, and maintenance projects.
  • Monitor project progress, track costs, and report status to stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a managed budget and execution schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety rules and guidelines.
Requirements

A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering and project management, and at least 3 years of experience in a refinery/petrochemical-operating environment is required.

PMP certification and an active TWIC card are also required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project coordination and management skills, as well as the ability to communicate and interact with other disciplines.
