Litigation Paralegal Job Description

The Litigation Paralegal position at Kisling, Nestico & Redick is a key role in our team, responsible for investigating and researching facts to support our attorneys. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case Management: Accurately manage cases, ensuring timely communication with clients and attorneys.
  • Research and Investigation: Conduct thorough research and investigations to gather relevant information.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and maintain accurate and organized documents, including medical records and damage summaries.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and attorneys, ensuring clear and concise communication.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Paralegal certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience required.
  • Skills: Highly proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; strong knowledge of legal practices and procedures; excellent English grammar, usage, punctuation, and spelling skills.
