Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist lawyers in preparing legal documents, including contracts and pleadings, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant information for cases, utilizing industry-standard software.
  • Manage case files, maintaining up-to-date documentation and ensuring seamless communication with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
  • Coordinate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals to facilitate efficient case management.
  • Prepare for trials, hearings, and corporate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.

Requirements:

  • Paralegal diploma or equivalent legal education.
  • 2+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, with a strong understanding of legal research and case management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
