About the Role

Moss is seeking a highly experienced Solar Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead the construction of major solar projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and directing the execution of these projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple utility scale solar projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely and cost-effective placement of contracted work
  • Supervise directly or through subordinates all field construction work by company forces and subcontractors
  • Develop and implement safety and quality control policies and procedures
  • Support and mentor direct reports, as well as manage performance reviews
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure resource expectations are met
  • Provide budget and schedule reporting to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
  • 5 years' experience as a General Superintendent on utility scale solar projects
  • Journeyman or master's license, or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • STS-C Certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Experience with multiple direct reports and exceptional leadership skills
