Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate electrical construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with the BIM/CAD department to ensure accurate project layout drawings.
  • Oversee material procurement, tool management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Interface with General Contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to subordinate foremen and electrical technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Investigate and report any accidents or incidents.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in electrical construction or a related field.
  • Journeyman Electrician license required.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing electrical construction projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety protocols.
  • Ability to travel and work extended periods on projects.
