**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team at The Heico Companies. As an Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all field tradesmen on an electrical construction project. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients and project stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage all field tradesmen on an electrical construction project
* Produce project layout drawings for coordination with the BIM/CAD department and final field installation
* Ensure that all necessary materials, tools, equipment, information, and manpower are available for each project
* Establish work schedules and man-loading charts
* Interface with representatives of the General Contractor on day-to-day project scheduling and overall performance issues
* Provide general supervision to subordinate foremen engaged in the installation of electrical feeders and equipment
* Oversee the disposition of required office correspondence and administrative paperwork
* Ensure overall project safety performance and compliance with all safety processes and protocols
* Assist in the investigation and reporting of any accident or safety incidents involving jobsite employees

**Minimum Qualifications**

* 10-15 years of experience in electrical construction
* Journeyman Electrician license required
* Ten years of work experience successfully supporting similar key responsibilities meeting and exceeding performance expectations
* Proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook)
* Knowledgeable of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations
* Ability to travel and work for extended periods of time on projects outside of the office area
