Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are a fitness and wellness app looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to help us spread the word in the most creative ways possible.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram, and be able to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

This is a part-time opportunity with the option to grow into a full-time, salaried position if both sides deem it a good fit.

The compensation will be based on commissions of the growth of our app, which is currently live and bringing in revenue on the App Store for iOS and Android devices.

This is a fully remote position, but for this first round of hiring, we are looking for someone who lives somewhat close to our HQ in Utah, USA.

We are a small company, but every company has to start somewhere. Come help us evangelize our accessible and approachable wellness program to the world.

We are looking for someone who is a creative genius, has a deep understanding of social media trends and content creation, and is not afraid to think outside the box.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be working closely with our two experienced mentors to help us grow our social media presence and reach a wider audience.

We want to help take you to the next level in your career as a Senior Director of Social Media Marketing at your dream company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand and business goals
  • Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience
  • Manage and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new social media initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram
  • Ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
