Primary Care Physician

This position is for a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy to work in our Primary Care department with a primary assignment at the Blackburn Center. The successful candidate will provide primary, urgent, and acute care to a population of low-income adults with a broad range of physical, behavioral, and social conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide primary, urgent, and acute care to patients with a broad range of physical, behavioral, and social conditions.
- Work in our Primary Care department with a primary assignment at the Blackburn Center.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the physical, behavioral, and social needs of patients.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and self-management of chronic conditions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy degree.
- Licensure to practice medicine in Oregon.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Full prescriptive powers in Oregon with a DEA number.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
