Primary Care Physician

This position is for a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy to work in our Primary Care department with a primary assignment at the Blackburn Center. The successful candidate will provide primary, urgent, and acute care to a population of low-income adults with a broad range of physical, behavioral, and social conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide primary, urgent, and acute care to patients with a broad range of physical, behavioral, and social conditions.
- Work in our Primary Care department with a primary assignment at the Blackburn Center.
- Understand the value of harm reduction and low-barrier buprenorphine prescribing.
- Be flexible and responsive to highly vulnerable patients.
- Have demonstrated skills in primary care medicine and licensure to practice medicine in Oregon.
- License to practice medicine as a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in Oregon.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must have full prescriptive powers in Oregon with a DEA number.
