Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at Northwest Permanente. As a member of our Primary Care team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our diverse patient population.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and disease management.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
As a Primary Care Physician at Northwest Permanente, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:
- A projected annual total rewards value of $425,000 to $495,000.
- A salary range of $246,400 to $280,000.
- A 21% employer contribution to retirement programs.
- A 90%+ employer-paid health plan.
- Paid annual education leave and a $2,000 annual education allowance.
- A Primary Care Panel Incentive up to $55,000.
We also offer:
- Student loan assistance programs up to $125,000.
- Relocation allowance up to $15,000.
- Generous sign-on bonus up to $25,000.
