Key Responsibilities:
Participate in security risk assessments and vulnerability management activities to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security of our IT infrastructure, including network, system, and application security.
Assist in the development and maintenance of security awareness training programs for employees.
Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in information security, with a focus on security risk management and compliance.
Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and industry standards, including NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
Experience working in the financial services industry or a similar regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of cloud security and application security controls.
Familiarity with security regulatory compliance, including GLBA, GDPR, PCI, and other relevant regulations.
Strong knowledge of privacy regulations, including GRPR, CCPA, VCDPA, and other relevant regulations.
