Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a Lead Process Engineering Specialist to become a vital part of our team in Lafayette, IN. This position involves spearheading engineering initiatives, analyzing production outcomes, designing operational processes, and playing a key role in our organizational success.

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute engineering projects with precision
  • Develop and optimize plant operational processes
  • Draft engineering documentation and financial projections
  • Propose innovative techniques and enhancements for processes
  • Stay updated with the latest technical advancements
  • Offer technical guidance to process personnel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
  • 5-7+ years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Familiarity with chemical unit operations and Process Safety Management (PSM) systems
