Job Title: Digital Signal Processing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Signal Processing Specialist to join our team at Huntington Ingalls Industries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and augmenting digital signal processing software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital signal processing algorithms and techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop signal processing systems
  • Conduct research and analysis to improve signal processing capabilities
  • Present status reports to key stakeholders
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve signal processing chains
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital signal processing
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with C/C++, MATLAB, and Python programming languages
  • Knowledge of signal processing concepts and techniques
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital signal processing
  • Experience with CUDA/FGPA signal processing
  • Experience with RF test equipment
  • Knowledge of X-Midas, GNU Radio, and/or REDHAWK
