Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team as a Process Optimization Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times, scrap, and waste.
- Lead Kaizen workshops and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes and layouts.
- Apply statistical methods and mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
- Develop and maintain production rates, work centers, routings, and production versions in SAP.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar certification preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
