Position Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Treasury Accountant. This position will be responsible for:

  • Accurately coding and recording daily bank transactions in the general ledger.
  • Reconciling bank accounts on a daily basis.
  • Matching merchant settlements with reports and uploading relevant details to the ERP system.
  • Supporting the month-end closing process.
  • Assisting with the escheatment process.
  • Preparing and processing journal entries related to cash and incentives, ensuring all supporting documentation is included.
  • Providing assistance during internal and external audits.
  • Generating ad-hoc reports and supporting special projects as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in cash or treasury accounting.
  • Proficiency in daily bank account reconciliations and payment applications.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems, particularly WorkDay, is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities effectively.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPS, TEXT functions, and Pivot tables.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across all levels of the organization.

Compensation Information

The target compensation range for this position is between $55,000 and $83,500 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
