We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at NCW. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling drilling rigs and sub-assemblies, including welding, assembly of hydraulic components, electrical components, and basic mechanical fastening.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble drilling rigs and sub-assemblies, including welding and assembly of hydraulic and electrical components.
- Perform basic mechanical fastening and other assembly tasks as required.
- Work in a team environment to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Participate in an individual drill build team and the MDI shop team.
- Provide own standard hand and power tools, with specialty tools provided by the company.
- Automotive or heavy equipment machinery experience preferred.
- Experience with MIG welding, hydraulics, and electrical wire harnessing is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
