Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at NCW. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling drilling rigs and sub-assemblies, including welding, assembly of hydraulic components, electrical components, and basic mechanical fastening.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble drilling rigs and sub-assemblies, including welding and assembly of hydraulic and electrical components.
  • Perform basic mechanical fastening and other assembly tasks as required.
  • Work in a team environment to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
  • Participate in an individual drill build team and the MDI shop team.
  • Provide own standard hand and power tools, with specialty tools provided by the company.
Requirements
  • Automotive or heavy equipment machinery experience preferred.
  • Experience with MIG welding, hydraulics, and electrical wire harnessing is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
