POSITION SUMMARY
Verify numerical data, entries, and documentation for accuracy, ensuring proper coding and mathematical correctness. Systematically organize, secure, and maintain all financial files, records, and cash equivalents in compliance with established policies and procedures. Accurately record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information. Maintain precise electronic spreadsheets for accounting and financial data. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial information to compile and preserve financial records, utilizing journals, ledgers, and/or computerized systems. Prepare, maintain, and disseminate statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. Execute period-end closing procedures and reports as required. Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements in accordance with company protocols.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures; ensure that personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; safeguard company assets; protect the privacy and security of guests and colleagues.
Communicate with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and thoroughly; answer telephones and emails with appropriate etiquette.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues; support the team in achieving common objectives; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of fellow employees.

Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
