Janicki Industries is a leading aerospace company seeking a skilled Heat Treatment Oven Technician to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced oven technician to operate and maintain our heat treatment ovens. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading ovens, monitoring temperature and pressure, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain heat treatment ovens to ensure accurate and efficient processing of materials
- Load and unload ovens, ensuring safe and efficient operation
- Monitor temperature and pressure, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal processing conditions
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment
- Collaborate with production team to ensure smooth operation of ovens and meet production deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of experience in oven operation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and procedures
- Basic computer skills and ability to use software applications
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of heat treatment processes and materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures
