Responsibilities

  • You'll provide daily support to clients via inbound phone calls, offering guidance and solutions.
  • You'll have the chance to build knowledge and skills through ongoing training, becoming a subject matter authority on retirement products and services.

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work Monday-Friday, any time between 7:00am to 9:00pm Central Time, based on contact center needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, vital to the consultative process when recommending solutions and educating clients.
  • Active and valid Series 7 & 63 license is beneficial but not required.
