Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our inpatient hospital team on a night shift. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
