Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Assist with maintaining regulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies, procedures, and standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Current Louisiana LPN licensure.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of six months to one year's work experience.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
